Foil Lessons & Rental in Sesimbra

Foiling, or hydrofoiling, is a water sport where you ride a board with a hydrofoil attached beneath it. The hydrofoil lifts the board above the water's surface, allowing for a smoother, faster ride.

No prior experience is needed! We offer beginner lessons that include all the basics you need to start foiling safely and enjoyably.

We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and a hat. We provide all the necessary equipment, including wet suits, life jackets, helmets and naturally the foil boards (e-foil board+ battery and remote or foil board + wing).

• E-foil involves an electric-powered hydrofoil board that lifts you above the water.

• Wing foil uses a handheld wing to catch wind while standing on a hydrofoil board.

• Tow foil involves being towed behind our private boat while on a foil board.

Each purchase on our site provides you with a voucher valid for 12 months, giving you the flexibility to schedule sessions at your convenience. Simply buy your voucher, and then contact us to arrange your session.

If weather conditions are unsafe, particularly for foiling, we will reschedule your session at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

Participants must be at least 12 years old* and weigh no more than 90 kg for optimal performance and safety on our foil boards. All participants should have good swimming skills. Foiling is not recommended for people with back problems, pregnant , or those with heart problems or other serious medical conditions. All travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. This ensures everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

*Under 16 years old a liability waiver will be required.
